This custom-built Honda CB600F has been completely stripped back to the frame and rebuilt over the course of more than 1000 hours to create a true one-off motorcycle.

Far beyond a modified road bike, this is a fully realised custom build combining bespoke fabrication, hand-finished detailing throughout. Every stage of the process — from fabrication and mould making to paint and final assembly — has been documented and refined with a focus on craftsmanship, design cohesion, and individuality.

The bike has since gone on to receive recognition within the custom motorcycle scene through exhibition selection, international media coverage, and online features.

Engine & Mechanical

• Replacement engine from a 25k-mile donor bike
• Engine internals left untouched for reliability
• OEM Honda wiring retained throughout
• Custom airbox and under-swingarm battery tray
• Ignition relocated with custom carbon ignition cover
• Bearings and seals replaced where required

Chassis & Running Gear

• 2004 ZX10R forks, brakes, yokes, and controls
• Custom-machined steering stem
• Ducati 999 front and rear wheels with custom integration throughout
• Modified and braced swingarm
• GSXR adjustable rear sets with custom linkage fabrication
• New front and rear brake lines

Fabrication & Bodywork

• Frame de-tagged and modified throughout
• Rear frame removed and replaced with custom bolt-on subframe
• Highly modified CB750 fuel tank recessed for steering clearance
• Custom carbon front mudguard with bespoke alloy supports
• Hand-built radiator covers, belly pan, rear seat unit, undertray, and side pods
• Custom headlight mounting system and instrument surround
• Custom removable number plate bracket
