Blackie

This heavily modified Bonnie is what they always should have been: an agile, quick city bike that will make you feel in control and bring a grin to your face.

The previous owner spent a bomb getting it just right (check the features list) before he had to move internationally- and it really does feel so much better than any other Bonnie you’ve ridden.

The bike was featured in the bike shed (https://bikeshedmoto.co.uk/blogs/blog/spirit-of-the-70s-blackie), and I’ve included a beautiful picture from there as well as some more recent ones from April 29th 2024.

We’ve kept “blackie” (named after Eric Clapton’s guitar) off the road for a number of years due to child / work commitments, but recently had it fully serviced / MOT’d and taxed, and she is running like a dream.

We’re selling it because it’s too well sorted (and pretty!) not to be in the hands of someone who will enjoy riding it
