BMW R80 mono

BMW R80 monolever from 1985 for sale after 7 years of ownership. The bike was originally imported from Germany to Spain where it was converted to a cafe racer and then bought by me and later imported to UK. During that time it has had numerous improvements including paint, seat (medium but fits a pillion), tyres, exhausts, battery, indicators, speedometer, mirrors, exhaust wrap, tank cap, headlight, and carb air filters, amongst others. It also has plenty a few custom parts like the sub chassis, stand, front and rear mudguards, and number plate support. Recent mechanical work include: new starter motor, left hand control module, carb cleaning and timing, push rod seals, cam followers, tank clean out, and electrics (diode plate). Last year repainted lots of components like engine block covers, cylinder covers, crash bars, exhausts, indicators, fork yoke, and air box replacement cover. It’s working smoothly and ready for a new owner to enjoy this summer.
