Complete ground up rebuild
Every component stripped, rebuilt
The 800cc engine has been completely stripped, drilled with lightning holes and powder coated in satin black to match the fully rebuilt gearbox then the fins were hand filed
Engine fitted with earlier classic airhead top end
Carbs have been stripped cleaned and rebuilt and are running piper cross filters

Rear shock is a custom shock built by Maxton. it’s a custom NR4 monoshock with adjustable high adjustment made in black and titanium colors to match rest of bike.
The frame has been modified to a signature frame giving a single seat, and rearset mounts for Gilles adjustable rearsets.
Using the bmw snowflake wheels with custom disc hubs and axle kit it is possible to run the gsxr 310mn discs.
The rear final drive has been completely stripped, powder coated and had lighting holes for the classic race look.
Swingarm has been stripped, driveshaft rebuilt and casing powder coated gloss black to match the final drive.
Full Hell brake callipers and brake hoses, reservoirs.
Electrics are Motogadget.
Unique top yoke to take the Motogadget mini digital speedo.
One off handbuilt stainless steel exhaust system with Pro-Race exhaust cans.
Domino throttle with custom throttle cables.
Highsider headlight mount with 7” led headlight 
Kellermann leds.
One off seat.
