Honda CB250 Superdream Brat

My Honda CB250 Superdream. Built originally in 2017 by Naked Speed Motorcycles. I purchased it directly from them.
I have have had it improved and amended by Sam Evans of Inglorious Motorcycles over the years.
It now needs to have some finishing work done to get it running again..
Some back story….when I bought it I rode it for a few rides including DGR in 2017, unfortunately where it broke down.
Sam discovered that the engine was bad and had sand all through the engine from when the builder sandblasted it!
I bought a donor bike with running engine and the engine was swapped into this bike (all V5 paperwork correct and in my name), I took the opportunity to improve areas that I thought could be improved.
YSS rear shocks
Tidied up the undertray for the electrics giving more rear wheel clearance.
Motogadget bar end indicators.
Speedo and custom speedo bracket
New mini brake light.
Biltwell grips
Mikuni VM30 carbs

The issue is now that we have made these changes we cant get the bike to fire on the new carbs, it was running on the original carbs but they are not easy to set up when not running an airbox. Myself and Sam decided to switch to the more tuneable Mikuni carbs. We are pretty sure it isnt a major fix that is needed, we have spark, fuel and decent compression so it may be a timing issue or something of that order. Ive now got other bikes and things that need attention so I am looking to sell. The bike really is a head turner, its been at Bikeshed 2017 and featured in 100% Biker magazine. It just needs someone with patience to run through it and finish her off.
