Overview
Radical Ducati – Endurance
The bike has been built over the last 5/6 years after seeing the original build in a Ducati Bike magazine https://en.discacciatidbs.com/moto-it/radical-ducati-m900-endurance-2013/. In my eyes it was one of the most beautiful bikes I had seen, I had to build one for myself.
The bike is based on the original design of https://www.instagram.com/xtrpepo/?hl=en who needs no introduction when it comes to custom bike builds. I managed to get hold of the tank, nose fairing and rear fairing from Radical Ducati in France. It was my understanding that the chap In France had bought the business from the original designer. After an 18 month wait for the the parts I sourced a low Millage M900 Monster (6000mile on the clock)and a Ducati 749, again low mileage.
Once the tank, nose cone and rear fairing arrived the frame was modified to accept the rear fairing and powdered coated Satin black along with the wheels.
Front fork yokes were modified to work with the monster frame
Rear wheel axle modified to suit the 749 rear wheel.
Wiring wise all the original loom was removed and replaced with
Moto gadget – M unit
Moto gadget – Motoscope Pro gauge
Motogadget – key less ignition
I’m currently running the bike on a daylight MOT as I thought the lights would spoil the look. All the wiring is in place to connect indicators and headlight up if required.
The nose cone Frame was reproduced for me by Down and Out motorcycles as the Frame provided was a bit heath robinson in my eyes.
The Engine was detailed a couple of years ago
Exhaust is custom built by Raymond https://www.instagram.com/raysons_exhausts/?hl=en-gb
All the paint was done by my mate at Pro Custon Paint with Candy flake (All decals are painted, not stickers). https://www.instagram.com/pro_kustom/
Tyre wise the bike is running Pirelli Diablos Supercorsa.
I finished the bike to a point I was happy with it in June 2023 (these things never end !). Since then i have ridden the bike less than half a dozen times. It rides great and looks great. I just don’t get chance to ride the bike anymore with Kids/work life commitments.
More photos available, please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
Viewing is advised ..I like building bikes rather than cleaning and detailing them, the photos don’t really do the bike justice.
